Unneeded high cost repairs verified by a different toyota dealership. Enen thou the car still under extended warrenty autonation clamed that was not the case. Second toyota dealership stated the car still is dealership. Enen thou the car still under extended warrenty autonation clamed that was not the case. I got a notice in the mail that said I was overdue for my 25,000 mile service. But I called and verified that no, my 25,000 mile had been done. But I made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived I asked the Service Advisor to also check the brakes. Three and a half hours later I got a text from the Advisor showing the brakes were ok but suggesting other work be done. I immediately texted the advisor I would need to reschedule the suggested work because I was pressed for time and asked how soon I could get my car. HE DIDN’T ANSWER FOR HALF AN HOUR! Finally, I paid and then the Service Advisor sent me to the wrong area to get my car. Another very helpful employee tried to help me find the car either. Finally the car turned up inside the receiving bay. So I finally got out after four hours. What a cluster. For an oil and filter change you’re better off at Jiffy Lube!!! More

He makes you feel like you both have the same interest in mind and gives you that sense of confidence and honesty that is so hard to find in this field.
