I arrived at 7AM and was told my assigned service advisor was running late and another would help me. There were only 3 other customers in the waiting room so I thought it would probably be pretty fast. I' was running late and another would help me. There was no feedback and there were no updates. After going inside to wait, the service advisor visited me one time to make recommendations and get approval and there were no other updates offered during the SIX HOUR visit. I left at 1:00 PM, when I went looking for the service advisor. My car was suddenly ready immediately. More
The South Austin Toyota dealership seems to get my car in & out faster then the North Austin Toyota location...I do have to say I wish they had a shuttle service still. But, the representatives are nice, lo & out faster then the North Austin Toyota location...I do have to say I wish they had a shuttle service still. But, the representatives are nice, location is closer for me & again turn around time is pretty fast! More

Carl was the person assigned to help me with my car and he was so great!! Helped me prioritize what needed to get done and was really nice! Also very responsive. They seem to have done a very good repair job as always. Art did well to get after-market part since Toyota did not have parts for a week. It was tough to find the dealership. I called and the person on the phone was sort of helpful? Not really though. There should be more detials online about where they're located.
