Not a great experience overall, it seems they were just trying to upsell me on stuff by the recommend by the mechanic and I took it somewhere for a second opinion and told me everything they were recommend trying to upsell me on stuff by the recommend by the mechanic and I took it somewhere for a second opinion and told me everything they were recommending was looking in good shape. As well my car was ready for more than 30 minutes before they call me that the car was ready after being waiting 3+ hours for a regular service and alignment. More

A supposed 2hr service (which is already ridicules) turned out to be 4hrs. Dropped my car and the man who was helping was rude and put out that he had to figure out my appointment. After 2 1/2 I went to see why I was still waiting and had not been contacted. My car seemed to be just sitting off to the side unattended. It wasn't even in the cue to be worked on. I was thrown and super annoyed at this point. I had to wait another hour before it was finished and the simply offered me a free oil change. I was late to pick up my child from school (which I am charged $25 for) and was unable to make another appointment. Pretty frustrating to say the least. More
Appreciated that there wasn’t a big upsell attempt at end of oil change. Texting upon completion of service was appreciated. Service rep was efficient. Kudos to her!
