This service center does not keep customers informed about wait times with their vehicle, nor do they actually debrief once the service has finished. I received notification of a maintenance need via email after my oil change was done, but this was not brought to my attention to begin with. Not only that, but I waited over 2 hours for the oil change despite being one of the first people in the queue. When I arrived, the person intaking my vehicle did not give me their name so I did not know who to ask for when inquiring about my vehicle's status. My overall impression of this service center is that the staff lacks professionalism. More

Had a major service done, and as usual, was a 1st class operation. Have been going to this service department since 1995 when it was Apple Toyota downtown Austin, and Greg Coy was the service manager there operation. This review is not for the dealership but for the service center. My service lied to me and told me my oil change was not covered. He “checked the computer” 3 times and left the room then said “oh it is cove center. My service lied to me and told me my oil change was not covered. He “checked the computer” 3 times and left the room then said “oh it is covered, I wasn’t pushing the wrong button”. None of that made sense. He never apologized for the mistake. Instead he rudely told me my wait was 2.5 hours. After that much time passed, I went to ask about my 4 runner and the keys were sitting on his desk, the vehicle had been ready but he allowed me to wait longer. More
Got my truck in and diagnosed the problem the same day. Communication was great. Problem solved quickly. Price was reasonable.
