Greg has kept this vehicle in excellent condition, advising me what work absolutely needs to be done to keep the vehicle running smoothly and safely. If work can be delayed, he is open and honest about it. I will continue taking my 4Runner to Greg and this Toyota Service Center as I am very pleased with the service I receive. More
I bought my car and have been servicing it at this location since 2022. Overall, I am happy about the service I get from the advisors (some had been betters than others but there are few things the location since 2022. Even if you charge a fee, it would be nice to have this option. Provide a complementary car wash (I was super impressed the day I picked up my car and, it had been washed! Communicate with owner every so often even if you have not received the info you need to communicate to him/her/them. Last time I had to call after waiting for almost 4 hrs to hear from my advisor. It turned out that he was waiting to get the ok from the extended warranty company in order to replace my tire, but it would had been great to know that so I could had prepared alternate transportation arrangements in advance. Be very clear and transparent about the maintenance schedule: I was under the impression I had to bring my car for oil change every 5,000 miles, which is not the case. Having a maintenance schedule at hand could help me to better plan and stress less about having to bring my car so often since I drive it a lot.
