This visit Lacked service 7/11/23- Appointment for routine maintainence but I also needed them to check on a tire issue & check engine light that had just come on; plus state inspection. They kept ca routine maintainence but I also needed them to check on a tire issue & check engine light that had just come on; plus state inspection. They kept car my 4+ hours the only call I got was 'it's done'--but they didn't address the check engine issue & bc of that-they couldn't do the state inspection. I would have had more time & money if I had gone to a lube shop. Now I get to schedule a 2nd appointment (more hours w/o transportation) this week--w a minimum cost of $180 more. I will still use AutoNation-Toyota South Austin--but they are hit & miss in terms of satisfaction Your waiting room couches/chair are in desparate need of updating--they look bad & feel as bad as they look. Just try to sit in one for even 10min-& remember your customers are needing to use them an hour-usually much more than 1 hour! More
The service department in this location is always courteous and on time. I have been trying to get my second key fob for months now and have been given nothing but the run around. Poliana, the person I have been dealing with has been the least helpful person I think I have eve now and have been given nothing but the run around. Poliana, the person I have been dealing with has been the least helpful person I think I have ever dealt with. She has told me to come in Thursdays to catch their key guy. I get there on Thursday to get the key made and she runs off for so long that the guy left for the day. Then tells me she thinks he comes in Friday. She is no help at all and I recommend that if you have to deal with her, just ask to speak to someone else that can actually help or cares about what they are doing. Honestly the worst customer service I have ever seen. I cannot wait to be done dealing with this dealership because of her. More
I have been going to Autonation South since I purchased my Tundra in 06. I have had the same service advisor since 07 and I very much appreciate his knowledge of my vehicle giving my sound advice in servi my Tundra in 06. Art Gomez is supportive, friendly, knowledgeable and I truly wish him the very best. He is a true friend and I wish to call him so. Many of my friends tell me that dealership service is overpriced and I could do better elsewhere, not so in my books and as long as Art is there I will continue to return. More
Service at this dealership was great. Communicative technicians and decently fast service. My only complaint would be in the customer waiting area.
