My usual service person has been let go and the new one I had yesterday was terrible. I have extended everything on my car and she wanted to charge me $110 for a simple oil change(nothing else). My old service person came and told me what needed recommendations and prices before doing them. Then actually came and got me to discuss what was done with the car afterwards. Then when I got into my car, they hadn't even reset the warning saying I needed service done. All I got from the new person is a text to come to her office. No personal service here anymore. I know where my last person is now, and I will drive out of my way to go see him anyway of the week. More
The staff at AutoNation is very attentive They take the time to go through the estimation of the work needed. Great experience. I took my truck in for the 10k service and I was greeted by my advisor who took care of everything from there. The dealership and the service department used to be my favorite place to do business with. I have bought two cars during the last 6 years from the dealership and I have only done service related follow up favorite place to do business with. I have bought two cars during the last 6 years from the dealership and I have only done service related follow ups with the related department in place, but not anymore. The quality has dropped magnificently, even with appointment in place as early bird, it takes more than half a day for a simple oil change, the reminding sticker for the next service is nowhere to find and I still have the reminder from two service ago on my windshield and..... I'm just wondering how Toyota doesn't know it already? Finally people will talk to the Toyota headquarters and complain about the quality of service you are providing. More
