My 16 year-old car had braking issues that they had difficulty diagnosing. After some trial and error of replacing certain parts, the Service Advisor recognized that there was necessary repetitive work difficulty diagnosing. After some trial and error of replacing certain parts, the Service Advisor recognized that there was necessary repetitive work performed and proactively provided a reduced and fair price on the replacement part that ended up fixing the problem without paying for the repetitive work involved in installing the part. This reinforced a great amount of trust that they care about doing things right and doing the right thing. I've been trusting the various Toyotas I've owned to AutoNation Toyota South Austin for over 20 years. More
My experience goes back a long way. I bought a car there in 2005, still have the car. That is where this review begins. I took that car in to have the engine light turned off, for $695. It is buy one get one free. I agreed. But once I am home I found out the wipers were not well installed as they make a strange noise. 4. Once I left the dealership, i saw a text from The service advisor Tony Sabatino about additional advice ( sent out while I was waiting but I did not realize)He said my engine filter is dirty. He could not have verbally told me while I was there. I would have the filter fixed. But now I will have to a different dealership to have it fixed. More
