My experience goes back a long way. I bought a car there in 2005, still have the car. That is where this review begins. I took that car in to have the engine light turned off, for $695. I bought a car there in 2005, still have the car. That is where this review begins. I took that car in to have the engine light turned off, for $695. Six weeks later, the light came on again, took it back, $285. There was no warranty on the work. More
1. I was offered a discounted oil change through text and call. Thanks. 2.. But I was told the state inspection could not be done. I will have to make another trip back or to a different Toyoto dealership f call. Thanks. 2.. But I was told the state inspection could not be done. It is buy one get one free. I agreed. But once I am home I found out the wipers were not well installed as they make a strange noise. 4. Once I left the dealership, i saw a text from The service advisor Tony Sabatino about additional advice ( sent out while I was waiting but I did not realize)He said my engine filter is dirty. He could not have verbally told me while I was there. I would have the filter fixed. But now I will have to a different dealership to have it fixed. More
My usual service person has been let go and the new one I had yesterday was terrible. I have extended everything on my car and she wanted to charge me $110 for a simple oil change(nothing else). My old servi had yesterday was terrible. I have extended everything on my car and she wanted to charge me $110 for a simple oil change(nothing else). My old service person came and told me what needed recommendations and prices before doing them. Then actually came and got me to discuss what was done with the car afterwards. Then when I got into my car, they hadn't even reset the warning saying I needed service done. All I got from the new person is a text to come to her office. No personal service here anymore. I know where my last person is now, and I will drive out of my way to go see him anyway of the week. More
