On 10/8/22 Service advisor did his job ,however parts department really dropped the ball.I waited 4 hours for an oil change on my 2010 Mercedes Benz.I was told this was due to 1 having to order the oil f department really dropped the ball.I waited 4 hours for an oil change on my 2010 Mercedes Benz.I was told this was due to 1 having to order the oil filter ,and 2 having to also order the correct oil after discovering it was also specific for my vehicle.I have prepaid maintenance so i do hope this doesn’t happen on my next visit.Car wash came out pretty clean.
