Set up an appointment, and he had the cars ready for us to do the test rides. And when we narrowed down on the choice(s), he answered all the questions we had about the car. He answered genuinely and sometimes even referred to some documentation or others to get the right answers. He genuinely cared for our interests and to get the best car and deal for us. Also, Josh has been in touch even after the sale, following up to see everything is OK, and to answer any questions or be of any further help if needed, and was making sure we are completely satisfied. Thank you Josh, much appreciated. The financing part also was very smooth and seamless. Mr. Ali did a splendid job helping us with the financing, explaining the terms and additional optional coverages in detail. Completed the entire process in about an hour or so. We drove out with our newly purchased Toyota Highlander and are happy with it. More

It was extremely difficult to communicate with the service department and the service adviser. Called numerous times and left messages, text also. Never got a reply. I had questions. Finally got an au service department and the service adviser. Called numerous times and left messages, text also. Never got a reply. I had questions. Finally got an automated text that my vehicle was ready. I own and manage a retail services company and have learn in my 35 years in business that communication with the customer is the most important marketing tool available. Leaving messages (that are not returned and automated response is not good communication! Best customer service, ANSWER the dang phone or at least return the call! When I went to pickup my vehicle, I waited for over 20 minutes in the advisers office and not one person even acknowledged me. Finally I went and ask someone if I could get some help. Turns out that MY service adviser was MIA. Found out later that he had left for the day. If you see a customer standing around for over 20 minutes maybe someone should ask if they need help??? I have recently purchase a 2022 Tundra and this is my first interaction with AutoNation and to say the least -Not a satisfied customer. And while I am at it, the Toyota App and on board compute SUCKS! I am pretty tech savvy guy and it was the worst program I've ever seen. 1/2 star!!! I would have rated a one star but the drop off process and the nice gentleman that finally helped me were OK. More
I'm not really sure how to rate this service because of another issues that pertains to the visit. 1st of all my vehicle did receive the attention it needed. The issue was resolved however my concern is th another issues that pertains to the visit. 1st of all my vehicle did receive the attention it needed. The issue was resolved however my concern is that not only was my gas on empty upon pick up (literally the gas light was on) and that is not how I left it. The are 30 miles on my vehicle that are not adding up. When I dropped of my vehicle the mileage read 7,526. Upon pick it it was at 7,556. Another small detail the passenger front seat was reclined more than normal. I fully understand that my vehicle might have needed to be driven to look at the issue and fix it but not 30 miles. More
