On 10/8/22 Service advisor did his job ,however parts department really dropped the ball.I waited 4 hours for an oil change on my 2010 Mercedes Benz.I was told this was due to 1 having to order the oil f department really dropped the ball.I waited 4 hours for an oil change on my 2010 Mercedes Benz.I was told this was due to 1 having to order the oil filter ,and 2 having to also order the correct oil after discovering it was also specific for my vehicle.I have prepaid maintenance so i do hope this doesn’t happen on my next visit.Car wash came out pretty clean. It went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I am not sure if they did a multi point inspection. Usually, they explain whether the car needs something or not. Service was satisfactory. After 2 hours I was informed that the maintenance had not begun because the paperwork could not be found. I ended staying almost 5 hours for service. Absolutely horrible service. Eric never updated me about my car and when it would be done. I dropped it off at 11am Saturday morning. I had to call at 355 because no one updated Eric never updated me about my car and when it would be done. I dropped it off at 11am Saturday morning. I had to call at 355 because no one updated me all day and they closed at 4. Eric told me that it was ready they just hadn’t given him paperwork or keys yet. I told him I didn’t want to Uber there if he didn’t even have my keys On Monday I called and they were still working on my CarPlay. So Eric lied about my car being ready. I asked the manager if I could pick the car up at 730 since I don’t get off work till 715. He said the “late” manager would be there to give me my car. Well he was not there at 730 when I arrived. Thank god there was a nice service employee still there who called the manager, found my keys and gave me my car. I will never bring my car to be serviced here ever again. The managers and Eric were incompetent. I wish I got the wonderful man’s name who helped me retrieve my car but I didn’t. CarPlay still doesn’t work. Wouldn’t even trust them to change my bad battery More
