It would have been a 5 but for one reason, that is there was no training on the new Tundra Hybrid. Everything was changed from past Tundra’s. Don’t get me wrong, the charges are good and my salesman that I’ was no training on the new Tundra Hybrid. Everything was changed from past Tundra’s. Don’t get me wrong, the charges are good and my salesman that I’ve bought 6 Tundra’s from before is a great guy, but when he couldn’t figure out some of the new things on the truck there’s a problem. Being a 77 years old doesn’t help either. There needs to be people dedicated to educating people buying a new car. Still trying to figure out how to get the garage door opener to work. I had to take my car for a recall and chose AutoNation Toyota to do so.
