I AM NOT happy with the service I received. I was told the service would take no longer than 2-3 hours, but after appx 4.5 hours, I was told that they didn't have the parts needed to repair my I was told the service would take no longer than 2-3 hours, but after appx 4.5 hours, I was told that they didn't have the parts needed to repair my truck! This has happened several times to me and my wife in the last couple of years. I will not use their service again, even if it's free of charge. More

Having gone to a different Toyota for my car for the past 2 yrs, and first time servicing at this dealer disappointed me greatly. Details were definitely missed, workers mats were left in my car, the technic 2 yrs, and first time servicing at this dealer disappointed me greatly. Details were definitely missed, workers mats were left in my car, the technician never changed the window sticker for when the next appointment was needed, and had to walk to get my car to find out it did not get run through the carwash like I had asked. Not my greatest experience at a Toyota before, will be going somewhere else for my next service. More
