I honestly can't say enough good things about the staff and the positive experience I had at AutoNation Toyota South Austin. Anyone that has shopped for a new vehicle in the last couple of years knows how and the positive experience I had at AutoNation Toyota South Austin. Anyone that has shopped for a new vehicle in the last couple of years knows how extremely challenging it has been. That being said, I shopped around all over Austin and the surrounding areas-even went as far as Boerne, TX. Albeit I met some pretty nice salespeople, none of them could compare to Danny Tercero at AutoNation South. Not only is he down to earth and forthright, he is just a really friendly, outgoing guy. Coincidentally, he was one of the first people I spoke with that day when I began my search. I had a feeling he would be the one to finally seal the deal. Danny was concerned for me, my wants and needs in a vehicle. He took the time and energy to speak in depth about my queries (and I have had quite a few!) He presented different vehicles along the way, just in case, though he kept me updated on my place in line for the one particular car I wanted. When my RAV4 Hybrid came in he took the time to walk me through all the various functions and explain all the different features (when he was clearly busy with many other things pressing him:)) He was very knowledgeable and was even able to obtain the color I wanted originally as well! Tory made the financing aspect of the purchase a breeze. This is by far one of my least favorite aspects of buying a car, but she made it actually fun. The rest of the staff there was personable and helpful too. They like to have a good time, and I love to see that! The dealership property is not too fancy, but that's just fine. The ones that are were nearly ten grand over MSRP. AutoNation Toyota of South Austin is right on. I don't see a need to shop anywhere else! More

I took my car for service, everything went excellent, I did not have to wait long for the type of service. I could summarize saying that like always, they go above and beyond!! It would have been a 5 but for one reason, that is there was no training on the new Tundra Hybrid. Everything was changed from past Tundra’s. Don’t get me wrong, the charges are good and my salesman that I’ was no training on the new Tundra Hybrid. Everything was changed from past Tundra’s. Don’t get me wrong, the charges are good and my salesman that I’ve bought 6 Tundra’s from before is a great guy, but when he couldn’t figure out some of the new things on the truck there’s a problem. Being a 77 years old doesn’t help either. There needs to be people dedicated to educating people buying a new car. Still trying to figure out how to get the garage door opener to work. The app’s does not replace hands on teaching. Have a Blessed Day More
