Having gone to a different Toyota for my car for the past 2 yrs, and first time servicing at this dealer disappointed me greatly. Details were definitely missed, workers mats were left in my car, the technic 2 yrs, and first time servicing at this dealer disappointed me greatly. Details were definitely missed, workers mats were left in my car, the technician never changed the window sticker for when the next appointment was needed, and had to walk to get my car to find out it did not get run through the carwash like I had asked. Not my greatest experience at a Toyota before, will be going somewhere else for my next service. More

I feel their timeliness and attention to detail is not as good as in the past. My appointment was for an oil/filter change at 10:45. After 1.5 hours, I noticed my car parked out front. I asked for my servic good as in the past. My appointment was for an oil/filter change at 10:45. After 1.5 hours, I noticed my car parked out front. I asked for my service rep and was told he was helping another customer but another individual in the office could assist. The assistant retrieved the invoice/keys so I assumed he was going to close out the invoice. Finally, at 1:15, 30 more minutes later, I received a call saying it was ready. Upon checkout, I was given invoice/keys only. I asked for the printout of the multi-point inspection and was told they don't give them out. How does a customer know what they found during the multi-point inspection if they don't provide proof. We have always received Form SR-ANNL-MPI, and we have been coming since 2008. I think they dropped customer service on this one! More
