Horrible experience with them today. Stevie who buys used cars for them begged me to come in so they could buy 2021 Tundra that I had leased from this store. After some discussion I agreed to come in today at 9 am to see what they would offer. Stevie no showed even after we texted back and forth at 830 this morning. After 15 minutes I was told he was sick and someone else was on their way. I asked Alfredo, the sales manager, for the GM's email so that I could privately send a note about how disappointed I was about this situation and my wasted time by Stevie. Alfredo chose to give me a fake email address for their GM Mr. Valdez. One can only assume that Mr. Valdez the General Manager of this store directs his employees to do so especially if a manager is willing to give out fake email addresses. I highly recommend you stay as far away from this company as possible..also please don't ask me to call and speak to your GM. You obviously have my number and know how to reach out since you called me in the first place. More
