Not a great experience overall, it seems they were just trying to upsell me on stuff by the recommend by the mechanic and I took it somewhere for a second opinion and told me everything they were recommend trying to upsell me on stuff by the recommend by the mechanic and I took it somewhere for a second opinion and told me everything they were recommending was looking in good shape. As well my car was ready for more than 30 minutes before they call me that the car was ready after being waiting 3+ hours for a regular service and alignment. More

Josh is very pleasant! ! Upon checking in for my oil change appointment was told it would be a 2-2 1/2 hour wait..was thrilled when Josh came to tell me after about a 1 1/2 ! Upon checking in for my oil change appointment was told it would be a 2-2 1/2 hour wait..was thrilled when Josh came to tell me after about a 1 1/2 hour that my car was ready!! I appreciate that he didn’t try to up sell other services & that he didn’t treat me like I was of no importance since I get complimentary oil changes..some of the other past service writers have treated me as of no importance,.. I highly recommend Josh!! Professional,great at his job and glad I was assigned to him!! :) More
