Very nice, prompt service. It would be nice if you ran my car through the car wash after being serviced like Sterling McCall did: Houston Dealership It would be nice if you ran my car through the car wash after being serviced like Sterling McCall did: Houston Dealership More
On the used side finance managers seemed to be confused about the process. Now AutoNation became less caring than before, hard to do business with if no improvement. Thinking to go different places for Oil change. Thanks! Arshad More
As with most companies “Service” is imperative. That word describes Autonation. I bought my car there in 2017 and have never had it serviced anywhere else. Honest, friendly, professional. It has been an extremely agitating and displeasing experience every time I've had to get my truck serviced. I have leased through Autonation for the past 3 years, calling to schedule makes no differen experience every time I've had to get my truck serviced. I have leased through Autonation for the past 3 years, calling to schedule makes no difference from just using the online scheduler to schedule an appointment. This "appointment" isn't anything but a catchphrase.. as regardless of when you "schedule", the dealership is running a first come first serve structure. Expect to wait at least 2.5-3 hours regardless of what time you bring it in. There are no carpool systems in place, so even if you live right next to the dealership you are expected to figure it out for yourself. I have gotten my truck back in various conditions after the service as well, one time the truck was still on with AC on full blast and all four windows down. There was some mystery substance on my center console (I assume was disinfectant but it was goopy and hard to clean off, very gross). Another time I had to walk nearly 2 blocks to get to my truck at the end of their parking lot... My final biggest issue with servicing through this place is the lack of apt seating for people who need a place to sit down and work. There is approximately 4-seat computer table areas where they expect 6 people to sit.. though that area has NEVER been empty the 3 years I've returned to this location. I've asked the sales clerk (who was busy on his cell phone at the time go figure) if there was a place I could sit to work with an outlet. He simply looked up, and pointed behind me. To chairs currently occupied by people, and with no desk to sit at to work on...... so I just walked away, figured he was in a bad mood or something. This lack of courtesy is what Autonation does best. Please take my advice, look elsewhere before relenting and going here. THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY TO RUN A DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE CENTER! More
