The customer service at this dealer was awful on the back end of my purchase. This dealer will throw on last minute add-ons to your vehicle in order to get more money out of you, even when you tell them mult end of my purchase. Not only that, but I waited over 2 hours for the oil change despite being one of the first people in the queue. When I arrived, the person intaking my vehicle did not give me their name so I did not know who to ask for when inquiring about my vehicle's status.
