My usual service person has been let go and the new one I had yesterday was terrible. I have extended everything on my car and she wanted to charge me $110 for a simple oil change(nothing else). My old servi had yesterday was terrible. I have extended everything on my car and she wanted to charge me $110 for a simple oil change(nothing else). My old service person came and told me what needed recommendations and prices before doing them. Then actually came and got me to discuss what was done with the car afterwards. Then when I got into my car, they hadn't even reset the warning saying I needed service done. All I got from the new person is a text to come to her office. No personal service here anymore. I know where my last person is now, and I will drive out of my way to go see him anyway of the week. More
