I have been a customer for 35 years but nowadays customer service is not the most important thing. I called shortly before they closed one night and set up an appointment to go in when they opened the next service is not the most important thing. I called shortly before they closed one night and set up an appointment to go in when they opened the next morning. When I got there the car I wanted to look at was there but even the salesperson did not know it had been sold the previous night. I did find another one and the salesperson was good at getting me through the process of buying but now I seem to be dust in the wind to him even though I have questions :( More

I was already on a wait list for the car I wanted (2023 Toyota Prius) at two dealerships, both of whom I had already put down $500 with. 4 months of nothing. I put in an Edward's inquiry and Sean Box calle Toyota Prius) at two dealerships, both of whom I had already put down $500 with. 4 months of nothing. I put in an Edward's inquiry and Sean Box called me. He put me on their list with no money down. 4 days later he called me saying my car is here. I went down there that night after work and he stayed late to sell it to me. Toyota Financial also beat the rate from my bank. Just an overall A+ experience. More
