Brought my SUV in and was done super quick for an alignment (I had done a drop-off, but service was completed faster than I have seen at other service departments while waiting!!!!!). After some trial and error of replacing certain parts, the Service Advisor recognized that there was necessary repetitive work difficulty diagnosing. After some trial and error of replacing certain parts, the Service Advisor recognized that there was necessary repetitive work performed and proactively provided a reduced and fair price on the replacement part that ended up fixing the problem without paying for the repetitive work involved in installing the part. This reinforced a great amount of trust that they care about doing things right and doing the right thing. I've been trusting the various Toyotas I've owned to AutoNation Toyota South Austin for over 20 years. More
