We like the vehicle, but have been very concerned about some of the things that happened during the transaction and afterwards. First, my driver's license disappeared for about 2 hours despite an all call some of the things that happened during the transaction and afterwards. First, my driver's license disappeared for about 2 hours despite an all call by the manager to look for it. When it was found we had conflicting stories about the so called recovery of my license. I have a feeling that if I had not been stubborn and sat there to make sure my license was returned, I wouldn't have doubted it would have been slipped out to an illegal or possibly go into Mexico. Next, the dealer advertised a SEVEN year guaranteed warranty on the vehicle. That advertisement is not what we ended up with. The manager or assistant manager one told us that prices were fixed. We'd shopped the agencies around here and north of here. That policy is NOT the policy where we'd been shopping! Dealers were haggling! The tires supposedly passed state inspection, but since two tires blew within a week, we wonder about their so-called inspections. On top of that, I had asked the manager before we left to replace the tires. He refused and passed it off as a joke. When safety is a concern, you don't pass off things as a joke especially if it can possibly injure or kill the individual. The seller wanted a recommendation from us. Well, since she had asked in an email if I had any questions and then didn't get back to me until weeks later when I pointed out that she never answered the questions in my original email, I can not even recommend that seller or dealership. The financial lady would not allow me to list any preexisting conditions. Plus the service department had reported an incorrect existing mileage and I had to go back in and sign some other papers. The place was supposed to send us our plates. The individual at the desk that called to say they were in actually told me that they rarely are given orders to mail plates and that we'd have to beg the dealership to do what they said they would do!! We had been warned by several locals about this dealership. They were right. If there had been a no-star that's what I would have given them. More
