Arrived at my appointment at 9:30 for oil change. Gave my car to service guy. Went and waited in reception area. At 10:15 I looked up and saw my car parked on service drive. At 10:30 I saw my lights flash. I thought they were looking to find my car for service. Nothing occurred. At 10:45 i decided I had waited long enough and packed up to leave. At 10:50 I got a text that my car was complete and there was a video of my service. All the video had was a picture of my cabin filter with a caption looks good. Finally I got a text to come pay for my service. Why should it take almost 45 minutes to deliver car after service is complete? More
I have been going to AutoNation for over 20 years to both purchase and have cars serviced. I trust the service center to ensure my car is safe and road worthy. I went to Auto Nation South Austin to take care of my first oil change. I was there a little early and thankfully they took care of me right away. My service advisor asked me if I had any other issues w first oil change. I was there a little early and thankfully they took care of me right away. My service advisor asked me if I had any other issues with my vehicle and said it would not take long. I was able to wait for my vehicle and did not wait but maybe 20 or 25 min. It was a great experience and my service advisor was super nice and friendly. She brought me my paperwork and I was out the door. Thank you for the good service! More

Daniel in Finance gets your paperwork done quickly and easily too. I'm not a huge fan of getting anything done at the dealer (besides buying the car), but AutoNation's Service Department is pretty darn good. Our Prius came with free oil changes for life. Using only synthetic oil, that's a great reason for bringing it in every 10k miles. There are some things that only the dealer can do and I've had pretty good luck there. More
