My experience with this dealership was the most unpleasant that I can remember. They did not try to make us feel comfortable, we were there for 4 hours and after about 3 hrs we finally asked if th unpleasant that I can remember. They did not try to make us feel comfortable, we were there for 4 hours and after about 3 hrs we finally asked if there was water available. Working the deal is always a stupid game played but when the salesman says more than one once my 720 credit rating can’t provide the deal being asked, specifically bringing up items on my history from 4 years ago as the reason was taken as an insult, this was mentioned more than once. I endured the insults because I liked the car and we finally agreed on a price/payment/APR which is what was originally asked for. The car had two new tires on one side and part of the deal was that they owed two new matching tires on the other side. A few days later the tires replaced we drive another hour to get there, we see that there are new tires however they do not match. This vehicle is a $49k deal…they did not deliver as asked. I walked a way from the deal after the sales manager tried to tell us the tires are a new version when in fact a google search shows that the original tires are available and the tires they put on are no longer being made and on clearance. Untruthful and insulting. I will never knowingly do business with an Auto Nation dealership in the future. More
