As soon as what he told me was obviously no where near the truth, he passed me off to Mr Sosa. Sosa was delightful, honest and patient! I would buy from him again tomorrow! absolutely the worst ever! how in the xxxx does a brand new car smokes from the engine and has an oil leak after simple maintenance? I took my car in for the 5k maintenance. I was told it needed the tires new car smokes from the engine and has an oil leak after simple maintenance? I took my car in for the 5k maintenance. I was told it needed the tires rotated and that's it. I called back to the tech Aaron that did the maintenance to let him know that the car ran bad and was smoking. He said there was no oil changed and it was from topping off the fluids. Moved my car and there are fresh oil stains in the parking space. plus on the invoice, it states synthetic oil change. I will NEVER take my car there again. I will take it somewhere else to get it fixed and you will pay for it!!! or be sued. LIES!!!! More
Worst dealership in tx. Zero stars. Stephan and Daniel are incompetent. Bought a brand new truck from them, got it home and it had dents and scratches on it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! GO ANYWHERE ELSE. The sales team is extremely rude. The person that came to talk to us DENIED to take us to test drive the car that we were thinking about buying. I got inside and no one cared about my situation. Absolutely disgusted by this company. I’m also filing a formal complaint with Toyota since we unfortunately have a Toyota RAV4. More
I reserved a vehicle, talked to a salesman, signed the price sheet via email and was at the Bank about to wire the money for the vehicle. The salesman tried, but, Long story short, the used car manager sold it to someone else even though I had it reserved, signed the sale sheet and was about to wire the money. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Sleazy and immoral!!! AVOID More
I purchased my 2008 Scion XD from this location. I went back to discuss trading my car in and buying a new one because my disabled son could use more space. It started when I was promised a new window tint back to discuss trading my car in and buying a new one because my disabled son could use more space. It started when I was promised a new window tint because my tint already was bubbling and a rebate because I told Michael I did not want to buy a car with credit card debt. He said he could write a check right there and it turned out that he couldn’t. I was informed I would get a check in the mail and it’s been since October. I am now doing what I didn’t want to do as a single parent, which is pay my car and have debt. I am also responsible for not walking away when these red flags arrived. After driving away with my new car I could not reach Michael then I was told my window tint would not be replaced because he wasn’t aware of warranty, I stopped contact and had his manager reach out. Who is now doing what he can with the tint. I still cannot get answers on my rebate. Buying a car for me is a major purchase that in the beginning of the purchase you would expect everyone to be knowledgeable and not guide you down a Smokey path. I showed my loyalty to this dealership to just be very disappointed. More
I bought a 2007 Toyota 4Runner 26 Oct 2020; it had an open recall and took my 4Runner in. This was 5 days later and I was told that the 4Runner needed fluids flushed, brakes etc... I was dumbfounded. I wrote a complaint on this website and the General Manager(Rafael) invited me to call him. I eventually got him on the line. He was very understanding and in the end he had my brakes replaced front and back. I am grateful for that and appreciate the courtesy extended to me. More
Late October our son bought his first car on his own. This was a huge deal for him as he has many challenges in his life! He wrongly drove away with a warning light on. He was up away what this meant until it was pointed out to him some time later, a few weeks. He put air in several times thinking he was just inexperienced because it continued to come on with air just down a pound or two at each filling. This past Friday while driving to work, it blew out on him leaving him stranded. His boss got a Lyft driver to pick him up. Thankfully he was not injured. He called Auto Nation Austin MANY times attempting to get help with this thinking he had coverage purchased. Again inexperienced but always promised a return call. We are out of state but later called to get help for him talking with Paul also promising a return call. Nobody ever called us back. By the way, the car had NO SPARE TIRE TO BOOT! His car between work and home, we finally gave him money for a tire and a tow to the Honda dealership to the tune of just under $300. We too have been affected by the pandemic and layoffs. When he bought this car he sent us video and sure enough the tire light was on. Disappointed buyer as I am one who goes above and beyond in my customer service on a daily basis. Initially I requested an online quote and got a number. After test driving the car I found out there were over $1500 in additions that were considered fees. When asked for those to be removed they said they were already added on there so it can't be taken away. On top of that the dealer would not give me the payment sheet outlining the cost of the car and the loan payments. Representative got defensive when I said that other dealers let me take these home and that he was being sketchy by not letting me take a photo of it at the least. Walked away having wasted time - don't waste yours and go elsewhere! More
