I showed up a lil early to my service appointment. Had no issue waiting but I sat in my car for 40 minutes before anyone walked up to my car to ask me what I needed. Meanwhile you got 4 dudes just big chilling right next to me. Some were techs and the others no clue. Oil change, tire rotation and car inspection took about an hr. Which I guess is a bit long considering an oil change can take 15 minutes. That’s all. More

Let's talk about the service department. I have a 2021 Toyota, and had a near flat tire. All tires, etc. under warranty. I came in for my 3:20 appointment. I needed a patch for a tire. I was I have a 2021 Toyota, and had a near flat tire. All tires, etc. under warranty. I came in for my 3:20 appointment. I needed a patch for a tire. I was told that it would take them 2 hours to get to it and I would have to leave it overnight. It was almost flat. I had no ride home, so there was no way to leave it. Alex, the service advisor or whoever he was, REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS LAST NAME and was extremely rude and NOT helpful. I left and went to a "ma n pa" place and paid out of pocket. It took them less than 20 minutes to fix it. I will not be back to South Toyota. Matter of fact I will drive to Research or San Marcos if I have to next time to avoid this South location nightmare. Why schedule an appointment if it can't be honored? What if I had a blow out on the highway? I don't know why I'm paying every month for an extended warranty for tires, if I can't even get them taken care of. Mrs. Gordon More
