We got to the dealership at 8.45 pm, thinking they would close at 10, but it was 9. Dalton said he would stay late to help us. We drove 3 vehicles and made a sale that night. Dalton was proffesional, helpful and made us feel like he was looking out for our best interest. As it always should be. If that is not the case you should walk away. The service after the sale was excellent and overall i was impressed by the service we received and I love my new car. More

Had a very good sales experience with Jim Lee! Just received my oil change and service of my 2012 Toyota Highlander that I bought there originally. As always my customer service was excellent by my representative. Just had an oil change. Everyone was nice. Epi remarked that I was running a little late-- I was less than 5 minutes late. Last time I was 30 to 45 minutes early, and it was about a three hour wait then. that I was running a little late-- I was less than 5 minutes late. Service after the sale is VERY important to me. My service advisors have always been very helpful. I initially worked with Kimberly Dickens( now gone) and since her leaving Greg Coy. Both Service Ad service advisors have always been very helpful. I initially worked with Kimberly Dickens( now gone) and since her leaving Greg Coy. Both Service Advisors knew their job and Toyota products. When my vehicle has been in for service it has always had the issue fixed and it never gone back to the dealer unresolved. My Truck now has 99k+ miles and will be around HOPEFULLY many more miles. More
