Really disappointed in my last service - first of all, give me a clue that Fridays are a big day, so can choose to schedule for another day. When I picked up my car, there were greasy finger-prints all over the door handle, trunk, and inside and outside of windshield. The steering wheel was also grimy, and the rearview mirror was in a totally different position, as was the seat. The moving of things I understand, but leaving greasy prints all over my vehicle, inside and out, is just unprofessional, and not how I expect the new car I purchased there to be treated. More

Service department and Jared Jones, the advisor who we utilize for both our Priuses, have been great! On the first visit, he laid out an overall assessment of what the vehicles needed and we've been upd utilize for both our Priuses, have been great! He's always sensitive to work within our budget, with realistic advice on what work to prioritize and what can be deferred. The service itself is fast and efficient and everyone is very friendly and courteous. Highest recommendation for them! More
