I purchased my 4 Runner from this dealership, shortly after I was told there was a management change. I have taken my Runner here for all of it's service and had all recommended services done regularly. after I was told there was a management change. I have taken my Runner here for all of it's service and had all recommended services done regularly. As of recently the communication and execution of services has lacked strongly. There have now been 3 occasions where I was scheduled for an appointment, dropped off the Runner for service and been called requesting that the car stay overnight. The last 2 visits the repairs that needed the car to be left for still have not been made and little to no communication or updates have been given throughout those visits. One of the days I called 6 times seeking an update before I was passed through 3 people and told that the technician hadn't even looked at the car though it was scheduled for service the day before and left in their care for 48 hours, arrived that evening to find out the wrong parts were ordered and the repair wasn't done. I understand with COVID that parts are on backorder and theres only so much that can be done... but its been over almost 2 weeks since my last visit. I have paid yet the repairs have not been made and not 1 of the 4 advisors or manager I previously spoke with have reached out with an update or to follow up. This is highly disappointing. More

Back seat belt chimes when someone sitting or not. Couldn't be duplicated when it was checked out. Picked up Highlander and dash light for back seat went on and off, as did the chime indicator that so Couldn't be duplicated when it was checked out. I had an amazing experience with Charles at the AutoNation Collision Center. I waited for over a year to have my white Toyota repainted under a warranty, but it was well worth the wait. I used to be embarrassed to park my car in front of work, and I was afraid to take it through the carwash because the paint would peel and flake off. I had sections repainted, which would only last for a few months before peeling off again. Patience paid off because Charles not only had my car repainted, but also put new bumper strips on the sides and cleaned up my headlights to make the whole car look brand new. There were some huge scratches on the spare tire cover that he cleaned off and repainted for me as well. He was very kind and extremely helpful. I am so grateful to them and the amazing job they have done with my car! It looks just like the day I bought it nine years ago! I can’t thank Charles and the rest of the crew enough! The peace of mind is worth all the money in the world, but I didn’t pay a dime. And Charles still gave me the best service a person could offer anyways. Here’s to good people and doing a great job!
