Asked if taking out a loan would save us any money on a new rav 4. The sales guy went to the finance guy and came back and said it would save us a few hundred dollars. (Keep in mind had cash to pay and a new rav 4. The sales guy went to the finance guy and came back and said it would save us a few hundred dollars. (Keep in mind had cash to pay and a Credit score over 800). Saving a few hundred is good so financed it. After we get the final ppw it turns out that the loan ended up costing us 1000 dollars more than if we would have paid cash. Either the financial people are sloppy or they lied to us. More
