Asked if taking out a loan would save us any money on a new rav 4. The sales guy went to the finance guy and came back and said it would save us a few hundred dollars. (Keep in mind had cash to pay and a new rav 4. The sales guy went to the finance guy and came back and said it would save us a few hundred dollars. (Keep in mind had cash to pay and a Credit score over 800). Saving a few hundred is good so financed it. After we get the final ppw it turns out that the loan ended up costing us 1000 dollars more than if we would have paid cash. Either the financial people are sloppy or they lied to us. More

Definitely not the best dealership or honest dealership I’ve done not business with. They added $1600.00 worth of additional warranty’s that I didn’t want from an original final price sent on a Tuesday. On I’ve done not business with. They added $1600.00 worth of additional warranty’s that I didn’t want from an original final price sent on a Tuesday. On Thursday sent marked up price. Once they told me the extra warranty’s were required, they only sent me a screen shot of the coverage provided. Not a link or pamphlet of the 1600.00 warranty.Additionally, they initially didn’t want to honor the active Duty Military rebate. Their exact words were “ you gotta figure it out “. Lastly it’s probably my fault but I would expect a new 44k vehicle to come with floor mats. They weren’t provided. More
