I cannot recommend this service department. The representative (EpI) failed to introduce himself and then spoke very rudely to me because I mistook him for my regular representative (Art). He is of similar height and build as the man I have dealt with twice over the past two years and he was wearing a face mask. He told me I needed approximately $300 of maintenance. When I questioned him, because my car is still under warranty, he told me they had done my 25,000-mile service at 19,000 miles and I would need to pay from now on. He was quite short about it. When I asked why they did that and what was included, he told me to look at my service agreement. My hubcaps, which were on the car when I bought it, were rattling. I had discussed this with Art previously. He said they would need to check with upper management but could probably replace them. Epi told me they weren't responsible and repeatedly said they could not be sure where I got them (I bought a program car, FROM THEM, with less that than 3,000 miles). The service manager (Greg) said he would check into it and either he or Epi would call me with resolution. They never called, just texted to say car was done. When I arrived, the hubcaps were in a box in the back of the car. When I asked why he said, "We don't know where you got them." They rotated the tires, checked the belts, and topped off the fluids. My car needed no additional service. More

I purchased 2021 Tacoma SR5 from Autonation Toyota 9/8/21. As usual during the signing process the finance guy went over additional packages which I politely declined. I clearly told I dont keep vehic 9/8/21. As usual during the signing process the finance guy went over additional packages which I politely declined. I clearly told I dont keep vehicles over a year and I dont need any packages but he insisted getting the GAP and windshield protection and said he would give me a good deal on that. He specifically mentioned that I could cancel them anytime I want and get full refund. Out of respect to him I didn't wanted to decline back to back and said ok that's fine. I totally understand that these guys make their commissions through these products and if I can cancel them then why not help them out as well; so I went with it. As expected I sold the vehicle within 3 months with 320 miles on odometer when sold. Came back to the dealership for canceling the windshield & GAP package. They deducted over $100 bucks on GAP money (which they initially told I would get full refund). And the 2nd disappointment was they said the Windshield protection is non-refundable and showed me a fine print clause. I asked them that's not what they told me and I requested copy of the video since there's camera in the room. They said they don't have a video of it. I am very upset that initially I didn't wanted to buy and these guys tried to sell me. Then I thought to get it thinking they would earn their commissions and I could cancel them later. Now they talk about the FINE PRINTS when the cancellation is requested. Any help is appreciated. A check on these practices is needed. More

Honestly and no markup or so called market adjustment on the tundra 2022 was a major factor for me to drive to Austin. And Ali in finance also was outstanding in delivering the best and easiest “finance presentation” and signed the needdd documts and got me back on my way to San Antonio very promptly.
