I took my FJ into Autonation South last week. Jared arranged for a (no charge) rental for me to drive for a couple of days, which was greatly appreciated. Jared (Jones) communicated with me several times while they had my truck, and kept me well informed of the costs, estimated completion date, etc... When I picked my truck up from the dealership, I was very surprised (and pleased) that it had been detailed free of charge! That's what top notch service shops do...go above and beyond what's expected to keep the customer coming back again and again. Autonation South has been the only place I've had my FJ serviced, since I purchased it new in 2010. I will continue to patronize this business, without hesitation. More
