I don't like giving any bad reviews. But this time I did it. My service experience was very bad. Since our car was undergoing 10,000 mile maintenance and we found that the right passenge But this time I did it. My service experience was very bad. Since our car was undergoing 10,000 mile maintenance and we found that the right passenger side sliding door would not close completely, they inspected it and found that parts needed to be ordered to replace it. When the part arrived we got a call and made an appointment. Our appointment at 8:30am,after waiting for more than 5 hours, we found that the car was still parked there. I spoke with the service manager because we needed to go back and take care of our grandkids after school. They had just started inspecting the car. After another hour and a half, the car back to us. Due to time and because we trusted their service so much, we drove home without checking. When we got home we found that none of the automatic doors worked. Call them immediately. They asked us to come back at 7:30 am the next morning to check. We went back there again at 7:15am and were told it wasn't replaced yesterday because the technician couldn't find the part and the automatic door system was shut down. Why didn't anyone inform about this? He also said that the technician who repaired the car had a day off and might not be able to repair it today, so they rented a car for us after 9:30am. (If they knew, why did they let us back so early in the morning at this day?)The car was repaired at noon the next day. They called us to pick it up and we asked if could go back tomorrow as we had other things to do. They said extending the rent requires talking to the manager. We had no choice but to get this over with as quickly as possible and canceled our things and get the car back immediately. This experience gave me the feeling that your time and money are important, but the customer's time and energy are not worth mentioning. More
