I was very satisfied with the way my car was treated and the way they communicated with me. I will Definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the hard work. the way they communicated with me. I will Definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the hard work. More
This time was a lot better than any other times that I taken my vehicle to get the oil change. Mr. Alex said it would be an hour and he kept his promise. So I was happy because most of the time I ha taken my vehicle to get the oil change. Mr. Alex said it would be an hour and he kept his promise. So I was happy because most of the time I had to wait up to 2 to 5 to hrs. Thank you More
Tony Do was exceptionally courteous, reassuring, proactive and helpful after the theft of my converter on a Friday. He offered to install a new one that day but I had to wait to hear from insurance proactive and helpful after the theft of my converter on a Friday. He offered to install a new one that day but I had to wait to hear from insurance on Monday. He had the pictures and estimate sent Friday morning within a couple hours of getting the car and reassured me he had reserved the part for my car, even if the insurer took days to assess. Despite the weekend and his being on vacation he kept in touch and worked to expedite the claim. The repair was done on Tuesday, which was exemplary considering it was over a weekend. There was a difference between the estimates of the shop and insurance company but Tony and the assessor said they would work it out and it did not hold up completing the work. I’m so glad Tony was our representative. More
My experience at AutoNation Toyota South Austin was a bit of a mixed bag. My salesman, Eric Lemacks, was pretty good, though seemed spread a bit thin at times. My Finance Manager, Brad Stroud, was also pre of a mixed bag. My salesman, Eric Lemacks, was pretty good, though seemed spread a bit thin at times. My Finance Manager, Brad Stroud, was also pretty good, though the paperwork had the incorrect VIN, which I caught, resulting in the need for re-signing several documents, including one after I left (Eric called me after I got home). I got a call from Manager, David Martinez, asking for feedback and have been playing phone tag with him for a couple of weeks. The positives are that they made the process pretty efficient and went out of their way to locate the model and color I wanted. The negatives are, since signing the documents, I feel as though I'm a bit of an after-thought. There are two issues with the vehicle needing attention. David said he'd walk me around to assess how to fix these, but having trouble getting a call back. My main issue is, I incurred a significant back injury the week the car arrived and I was forced to come in to sign off and take possession as it's evidently a policy of Toyota. I risked my health and well-being to do this, which resulted in further exaggerating the injury, which kept me up all night. Essentially, it ruined the experience that is normally a much more positive one. I shared this with David, and he said there should have been an exception and that we'd discuss it further when I came in. I had an appt. for March 14th, but had a stomach bug and needed to reschedule. Currently waiting on a call back from David on that. Overall, despite the challenges, I feel it was a better than average experience and would recommend their services. I would say to not be shy about asking questions, as there were some policies and requirements not communicated initially that cost me some additional time and effort. More
