I took my FJ into Autonation South last week. Jared arranged for a (no charge) rental for me to drive for a couple of days, which was greatly appreciated. When I picked my truck up from the dealership, I was very surprised (and pleased) that it had been detailed free of charge! That's what top notch service shops do...go above and beyond what's expected to keep the customer coming back again and again.
