Worst place ever. Liars from sales people to the director of used car sales. Broken promises. If you want to be treated like trash and have sales people like Steven be Liars from sales people to the director of used car sales. Broken promises. If you want to be treated like trash and have sales people like Steven be rude to you and lie and sell you a used car that they know the engine isn’t good just to get a sale then go here. From day one they lied. They said they would change brakes tires and do a thorough inspection of the used vehicle they sold and they didn’t. Not only did they say hey pay for the car sign here to them then say okay so we need to keep it for about two days to do all the work and inspection before u can take it because it’s the weekend and service is full and booked. Unfortunately we honestly didn’t think anything of it but we should have and it should have been something we should have questioned after a few days they called and said they actually needed to keep it longer because it has a part that needs to be changed and they need to order the part and to give them one more day. One more day actually turned in to 7. After picking up nothing they said was actually done. Breaks were squeaking engine had a sound only one tire was replaced and the engine had no oil. The response was we didn’t say we would give u two tires.and we aren required to give u the service record of work done. The engine to find out was not good it was brining oil through the muffler. We have spoke to so many people with them all lying and being rude and no one wanting to responsibly. Moving in to the next step now. So please be ware of this place. And make sure before u buy a car here that it’s been inspected before u buy. Don’t trust them. They will sell u a Lemmon car More

If you do not know about cars like me . please find somewhere else to fix your car or for oil change. they gonna ripped you off.This is my last time on this dealership.i went for oil change please find somewhere else to fix your car or for oil change. they gonna ripped you off.This is my last time on this dealership.i went for oil change on May 28th they said i need to replace stud and lug nut.which is they had to fix upon service my car because they did that lug nut slip while servicing and total parts for lug nut and stud is $17.40 and service advisor Timothy told me that cost total $492 including labor on text.and he gave me appointment for may 30th.i drop off my vehicle at 10:50 and he texted me at 1:10 Pm to pickup my car i paid and got my car i saw on invoice parts was $17:40 and Labor charge was $328.99 on his paper work i saw he wrote 1:30 hrs labor work so for 1:30hrs labor charge is $328.99 and work is only replace 1 stud and lug nut.I visually inspected and seems like lug nut also not new.I reviewed all my service invoices seems like they want take your every penny.also they did my tire alignment on 45k mile and i went for 50k mile they said i had to do tire alignment again🤦🏻‍♂️.i told him you guys recently did my alignment on 45k and his reaction was awkward.i was going this dealership since I bought my car its been 2 yrs but I noticed 3 times they just want your money they don't care about your car More
