AutoNation Toyota South Austin

I have been going to Autonation for service for years and with many different Toyota vehicles. My last service appointment went well but when I picked up the vehicle when it was finished right at closing ti with many different Toyota vehicles. My last service appointment went well but when I picked up the vehicle when it was finished right at closing time, the service manager tried to go over the multi-point inspection with me only to discover that the inspection never actually happened. Pretty disappointing to have to take his word that it was completed and all was good when there was not a single mark on the form. More

I have bought more than one Toyota from here and never had any problems with the purchases. In the meantime my RAV4 is now 16 years old, so the service department has kept her in tip-top shape. I took my car in on a busy Saturday morning for some minor issues and Tony ke most helpful service coordinator I have worked with at this dealership. Clear signage showed me where to go. I arrived a couple of minutes before my appointment time and did not have to wait in a long line. There was a light airy large lounge AND a few picnic tables under a huge beautiful tree outside to wait. It took less than the specified time and he told me what they did and gave me my inspection sheet to peruse at my leisure. Not at all like being in a grand central station wondering if they would ever give me back my car. More
