I used to work here so I am pretty familiar with the place. Rito was a nice salesman but a bit stressful and seemed a bit unphased considering this was clearly a huge decision/purchase for me. He promised the car would be fueled and detailed by around 2:30. I went home and came back at that time and the car wasn’t even close to ready. He promised he would only need another hour or so. I went home again and came back around 4:30 when he had told me on the phone the car was actually ready. I arrived after he told me the car had gone to detail. When I got to his desk the keys were still there and the car hadn’t gone to detail. I had to wait another hour or so for the car to be detailed and missed an appointment. When I finally got the car, the tank was about half full and hadn’t been filled. Within about 5 miles the car had entered limp mode and had a check engine light after just highway driving. Ali Fawaz on the other hand was extremely helpful in navigating the financing for me and I would gladly work with him on another purchase. More

I had an appointment and was greeted promptly and courteously. My service tech Juan took the car, and I went inside to the comfortable waiting room. Very disappointed. I took my car in for service, just an oil change, (it has 21,000 miles on it)and the service person recommended over $800 worth of unnecessary "main I took my car in for service, just an oil change, (it has 21,000 miles on it)and the service person recommended over $800 worth of unnecessary "maintenance recommendations"! Some of them are not needed for another 20,000 miles. This is NOT the kind of economy to be making such recommendations. I got a survey directly from Toyota and provided specific details regarding this con job, and no response was provided. DO NOT depend on these people for sound service recommendations. I'll now spend more time searching for a reliable place to have my car serviced. This IS NOT the place to go. More
