Car was in for an oil change and a recall related to the fuel pump. 24 hours after dropoff, after numerous calls the service advisor finally texted me back. Not with any info about the service done but to fuel pump. 24 hours after dropoff, after numerous calls the service advisor finally texted me back. Not with any info about the service done but to try to sell me on a number of other services like brake flush. After I asked he said the oil change and recall were done and I said I would pick it up before closing. When I got there the service advisor had left and had never finished the paperwork for my car. Fortunately some other folks stepped in to help. I had asked that the car be washed when complete. That wasn't done. The "Maintenance required" notice still displayed, and many other settings were messed up. More
