The service was on time. The car, a Venza 2021, got an update but the menus on the display were not reset to what it was before service. Nate did a great job helping us find exactly the used car we were looking for and the process was smooth. No complaints there. After that, I waited almost two hours for "financing" although I was paying c we were looking for and the process was smooth. No complaints there. After that, I waited almost two hours for "financing" although I was paying cash and over an hour the next day when I came to pick up my vehicle. There was touch up paint that had been promised but not touched up. Finding the car was great - customer service on the back end was not so great. More
