A servi 20, I returned to Service to address a master message, "trailer disconnected," when my RV travel trailer was clearly and properly connected. A service advisor and technician did a brief diagnostic check in the service lane (at no cost) and concluded that the problem was with the trailer connector and/or wiring and not the truck. I then went to San Marcos Toyota and they determined that the Tundra needed a software update and that fixed the problem. I'm very disappointed that AutoNation Toyota South Austin did not recognize the need for a software update and I will not return to this dealership for service. More
