Very disappointed. I took my car in for service, just an oil change, (it has 21,000 miles on it)and the service person recommended over $800 worth of unnecessary "main I took my car in for service, just an oil change, (it has 21,000 miles on it)and the service person recommended over $800 worth of unnecessary "maintenance recommendations"! Some of them are not needed for another 20,000 miles. This is NOT the kind of economy to be making such recommendations. I got a survey directly from Toyota and provided specific details regarding this con job, and no response was provided. DO NOT depend on these people for sound service recommendations. I'll now spend more time searching for a reliable place to have my car serviced. This IS NOT the place to go. More
