We had a very nice experience with this dealership and especially with Dmitri our salesperson. We did a day of checking out dealerships and just walked in with no appointment. Dmitri was by far the best salesperson we spoke to out of the several dealerships. He was professional and friendly, found several vehicles for us to look at, allowed us to take a fairly extensive test drive, and spent at least an hour with us going over the car we liked and other options. While ultimately the vehicle itself is the primary determining factor for the purchase, Dmitri's warm professional nature went a long way toward helping us decide. Had the other dealers been as engaging and patient it is possible we would have been driving a different car. Other than that, everyone we spoke to at the dealership were professional and engaging. Amiel was probably the nicest and most direct finance manager I've ever spoke to, and he took the time to explain our options clearly and gave us time to make a decision. Even though it was already past dealer closing and there was a long line of people waiting to get through the process. Dmitri stayed quite late to complete the handoff and see us on our way. That might just be dealership policy, but I like the policy. Overall, five stars for outstanding service. More
