I am not generally one to write poor reviews but I had a morning appointment for an oil change and to have a patch put on a tire. When I scheduled I made these details clear and I arrived on time. It took OVER 4 HOURS to complete this. The tire patch was clearly rushed seeing that there were black tire marks on the side of my white car and the spare tire was not even put away completely. I will now have to spend an additional hour buffing these out myself. The car was also not washed at all despite me being told it would be. I assume this is because I was asking about my vehicle status at the 3 hour mark (where I was told I’d have my car in 20 minutes which was clearly not true). I have been to this location before and the service was fine. I anticipated a long(ish) wait but 4 hours for this service (and not even a complete job) is ridiculous. The service I received from Mr. Rodriguez was very disappointing. I was being blown off and not being kept updated at all. I also noticed that I was not the only one waiting at his desk for an update. Very very disappointed in this service. More
I recently had the 5000 mile oil change and check up (covered under warranty). Everyone was kind and helpful during the appointment. There was a nice waiting area. The service was provided as expected. They have a good waiting room, where I spent about 4-5 hours for the service. The only bad thing about their waiting rooms for those who work remotel They have a good waiting room, where I spent about 4-5 hours for the service. The only bad thing about their waiting rooms for those who work remotely, is their chairs, they are higher than the desk, which makes it uncomfortable to work these many hours. Jared Jones brings confidence and trust when it comes to car repairs. I knew something was not functioning properly and he took additional time to address my concerns.
