This was my first time at the dealership, and it was very busy. The service representative was friendly and helpful; however, when he told me that the car was coming around and ready, I still waited for ove busy. Came for already scheduled appointment and waited about 45 minutes before I was helped. Same thing when I came to pick up my car. Cashier was on lunch break and I was never informed ahead of time to avoid 45 minutes before I was helped. Same thing when I came to pick up my car. Had to find my service associate and that took lots of love of looking and paging and waiting. On the positive side, they did not do services I did not need. More

Worst visit in service ever. I wasn't discriminated against. Rude service Manger. Yanked off my wheel cover while l wasn't in my car.
