I’m sure it is challenging to run a large dealership with 100% efficiency. I have done business with them multiple times over the last several years. I’ve had issues that were resolved in most cases satisfac 100% efficiency. I have done business with them multiple times over the last several years. I’ve had issues that were resolved in most cases satisfactorily. Currently, I think you are understaffed in the service department which results in lower customer satisfaction. Patrick was a no pressure salesman. He gave us great options, and we went with what was best for us. He helped us through turning in our leases and was extremely knowledgeable.
