I made an appointment to service and get an inspection on my corolla hybrid. I dropped it off at 7:30 and got it back around 2 hours later. The young man was very polite, made sure i knew how to find him. Wa my corolla hybrid. I dropped it off at 7:30 and got it back around 2 hours later. The young man was very polite, made sure i knew how to find him. Was very patient when i forgot my insurance card and had to look it up. Altogether it was an easier painless way to get my inspection done. I highly recommend going to Auto Nation Toyota South Austin. I go there for all my service appointments and have always been pleased with the service. Tony was the young man who care of my car. He was really an exceptional employee. Thank You. More

If I get outta there in under 3 hours, it’s a miracle. Under 1 ½ hrs if for basic oil change and tire rotation. Jared, the agent, is friendly and helpful, keeps me updated on the progress when I hound him Under 1 ½ hrs if for basic oil change and tire rotation. Jared, the agent, is friendly and helpful, keeps me updated on the progress when I hound him. After my 15,000 mile Service maintenance, in less than 2 months my power steering crapped out. It took 2 months to get the parts needed to repair. After they repaired it, 2 months later my engine coolant cap mysteriously shook lose and coolant spilled out. It took 2 four hour visits to replace the cap. Well, they also did my state inspection and service maintenance on the 2nd day. It’s still under warranty, thankfully, so what are you gonna do? More

Not organized, still sending me emails by mistake when I have told them for at least 5 years that they have the wrong email address and whoever is supposed to be getting these emails about their new vehicle have told them for at least 5 years that they have the wrong email address and whoever is supposed to be getting these emails about their new vehicle is not.
