AutoNation is always on time with their appointments and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. They always keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and they let me know if they are running behind s all the staff is very friendly and helpful. 4 hours for a scheduled oil change is NOT acceptable. I asked why the long wait when I made an appointment and was told the oil and filter had to be picked up. Why? My experience with the service center was excellent with my latest visit. Art Gomez is the best. I have been seeing Art for maintenance on all of my vehicles for over 10 years. I have had 3 4-Runners and a my latest visit. Art Gomez is the best. I have been seeing Art for maintenance on all of my vehicles for over 10 years. I have had 3 4-Runners and a Nissan Altima. I could use other service centers, probably for less, but they nearly always get it right the first time. More
August 1, 2022, I had an appointment for routine 5k service. The customer lounge in the service area is sub-standard at best; from the furniture to the lack of complimentary snacks and beverages. The doors were open and large fans were blowing hot air from outside the building. My biggest complaint here is that I wasn’t informed at drop off that the AC was out. I would have been nice to get an explanation and apology for this inconvenience. Not to mention, they could have provided cold bottles of water in the lounge, but there were none. While the service technician had me in and out in just over an hour, the rest of my customer experience was truly disappointing. More
