Easy to schedule appointments. I was met promptly by a service tech who then notified Art of my arrival. Art acknowledged me and within 5 minutes was reviewing the service paperwor I was met promptly by a service tech who then notified Art of my arrival. Art acknowledged me and within 5 minutes was reviewing the service paperwork with me. He let me know of probable completion time. It was found to be accurate. He discussed next visit recommendations. The waiting room was clean as were the restrooms. Art is knowledgeable and always exhibits good customer service. More
