I got there a little early and they took my truck in. Although i waited awhile (they were very busy), they did a great job with everything. The dealer refused to honor warranty repairs and fought us every step of the way. The adjuster even suggested we fix the improperly installed windshield gasket which caused a leak inside the vehicle oursel us every step of the way. The adjuster even suggested we fix the improperly installed windshield gasket which caused a leak inside the vehicle ourselves. Then he said that the warranty does not cover plastic and rubber parts. The truck developed a small rust spot a couple of inches above the windshield. The adjuster refused to fix it allegedly because it was a pebble strike, which it wasn't. We complained to Toyota about the poor service and they finally fixed the windshield gasket but we are still waiting on the repairs to the rust spot. Very poor service so we will not be doing business with this company again. More
