The dealership is good but its rhe service department and Todd in particular that is amazing. I went in there with an extreme deadline in the middle of a crisis and and Todd was simply amazing he didn't thin Todd in particular that is amazing. I can't use enough positive adjectives or statements as this man was absolutely professional, stellar, kind, understanding, accommodating the list goes on. Simply amazing as I have never had such a nice and seamless experience with any service department ever. A huge thank you to Todd for making something in my life not a issue. For your kindness, professionalism, politeness, understanding, empathy, and sheer I can handle this with a smile attitude what an asset to your team at Toyota and the whole Toyota name across the world. When I pulled up, I was asked if i wanted to current truck for newer, I stated no not interested in doing that again. I have been 3 times for service and the worse experience with Toyota service in this dealer. 1st my wife went with my 4Runner for service and they return the car without check the tires pressure and the tir with Toyota service in this dealer. 1st my wife went with my 4Runner for service and they return the car without check the tires pressure and the tire light on. 2nd I went with my 2019 Corolla for service and I ask them to repair a tire with a nail, the service guy said the service was completed and the tire repaired and they billed me for that, same day at night the tire that was supposed fixed explode in my way to Miami and have to buy a new tire. 3rd as today 4/26/23 they took my car for service, the engine light was on when I arrived the service guy said that he didn’t see it and that many people don’t care about that, which I told him I’m not many people, if I come to Toyota for service because supposedly has to be the best place and trusted fire service, why they don’t check the light or call the customer to let him know if want to proceed with the diagnosis or recommend something, they just returned the car for me as nothing happen with no excuses. Is common sense I think. After this I don’t trust in the service in this place and don’t know if they do what have to be done. This is a really bad bad experience. More
