Waited 5 hours just to get my breaks greased and ac filter sanitized and that was me being " prioritized " according to the service manager. Was prioritized because went there a week ago waited 4 hours filter sanitized and that was me being " prioritized " according to the service manager. Brought in for oil change and tire rotation. They found battery low and front brakes worn. Advised it would be covered under warranty so they took care of both without charge.
